The Jump To list which you should be able to see above allows you to access the major topics of the site, the central logo will take you to the home page and the others will take you to the introduction page of your current section.

You can also use the This Page hyperlinks to move up levels and to identify where the current page is in the context of the site as a whole. Section specific links appear in the left hand column, and at the bottom of each page there is a link which will return you to the top of the page so that you can get quick access to the navigation options.
