Introduction
As my PC is now around five years old, I've finally bought myself a console - a second hand Nintendo 64. So I've now finally had the opportunity to get Goldeneye all to myself! I've also been sucked into the world of Zelda. It's hideously addictive, and made even worse by the amount of time you have to put in to actually get from point A to point B. It also annoys me that you can only restart from dungeon entrances or a default position. However, I can see why the creator is so well respected in the industry - it is a delight to play.
This part of the site isn't really about the N64 though - it's about the PC games, multiplayer and others, which I've played over the years. The age of my PC means that I don't do new games, but there are still a few classics mentioned in the Games Reviews section which will appeal to the modern reader, I hope. The StarCraft section is a dedicated look at StarCraft and its add on pack, Brood War, as it's a game I repeatedly come back to play on-line despite its age. Netmech was my first experience of on-line gaming, but I haven't played it for quite some time. If you happen to pick up Mechwarrior 2 on budget the general playing tips might be of use to you. Still a very good game, and you can get "pretty" versions of it now. Last updated 31 January 2002
